I would definitely consider getting a realtor. It may seem like you are paying a lot in terms of commission, but in the end you might sell your house faster than showing it yourself. Just my 2 cents.

TouchWiz ist zumindest kein Argument.Auch wenn das System am Anfang steht- ohne Roten Faden wird das kein Durchbruch. Bisher scheint die einzige Ambition darin zu stehen sich unabhängiger von anderen zu machen- ob es dem Kunden letztendlich dann was bringt- mal sehen…
