I tend to be of a Libertarian mindset on most issues, however, it is the “externalities” argument that forces me to concede that, yes, though it’s not a perfect solution by any means, there are some areas where government intervention is necessary. A true Libertarian (I guess I’m not a “real” one) would argue that this is the domain of the tort system. That’s of little comfort to me, personally,though, if I’ve already been injured by some form of negligence or malfeasance.

Often they will make quite poignant observations, even if they don’t phrase these observations in the most articulate way. I think this is a good plan Shelly and I’m going to do it to. Kids will kick you out of an ivory tower fast.

Sounds like the same thing that happened to a co-worker of my brother’s on his way to work….the other driver was passing a car going up hill and hit this man on his way to work…..he left behind a family. I hope that people realize speed and cars kill….There are traffic laws for a reason and accidents don’t just happen….they are caused and lives could be saved if we would just slow down and follow the rules. God Bless the Families of the Victims and the Accused.

I would`ent think it would b an eptopic pregnancy as the doctor probably would have known something was wrong when he did the internal. Did you mention it to the doc?
