I believe the world is quite interested in what Phil has to say. Or at least it would be if it weren't so difficult these days to speak truth to (economic) power. It may have to wait until the next paradigm shift, but eventually the media will start covering the dual-loyalty elephant in the living room and Phil will be seen as a prophet.

My girl is only 6 months old this Christmas, so, just like the Lundby Stockholm Dolls House, I’m looking for beautiful and inspiring things for her to grow with. Story time is always inspiration time so I would get her lots of beautiful books like Where the Wild Things Are and Rainbow Nursery Rhymes.

This is one place I'll never fail to go whenever I am in KK! Somehow, I would usually end up with more than less dishes; Peking duck, the cold meat, hor fan, and of cos the cabbage (which always runs out whenever I'm there later) are must haves, besides other things that catch my fancy. It is my understanding that the only people who won’t be forced into this scheme will be those who qualify for expanded Medicaid and are excused b/c the state where they reside refused to expand it. Oh, yeah, and also the 24 million who won’t be able to find affordable coverage and will also be officially excused from the penalty just like in MA. But not everyone in the country will be excused from the penalty. Please explain your comment. Thanks.

OK. Here’s one more. The culture clash between social media and organizations. Social media is about peer creation and sharing. Organizations are about hierarchy and control. How can organizations manage the tension between these different mindsets in order to realize the benefits of social media while maintaining the discipline and focus necessary to be effective?
